Rates above are for up to four guests. There is an additional fee of $15/night for 5 or 6 guests.

Christmas/New Years Holidays, 2010-2011

December 18- January 2, 2011 requires a minimum of 7 day stay and may include Christmas or New Years. Should you wish to stay over Christmas and New Year, you must reserve for at least 14 days.

Should you wish to stay over Christmas only, your stay must end by December 26, 2010 and be at least 7 days. Should you wish to stay over New Year your stay must begin no earlier that December 26, 2010 and must be at least 7 days. The cost for either 7 day stay is $2450.00 and additional days are $350.00.

IMPORTANT RATE POLICIES:

Rates are in US Dollars.

Above rates do not include Mexican Sales Tax of 18%.

All stays, require a minimum one week stay. During the summer, additional discounts can be arranged for longer stays. All reservations require a 50% deposit and full payment one month prior to arrival.

We require a $250 refundable damage deposit.
IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICIES:

50% cancellation penalty
On cancellations received 30 days or more, prior to arrival.
No refunds for cancellations within twenty nine days of expected arrival date. Any cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund.
